Key Responsibilities:

Manage all Digital Marketing and Tracking Programs

  • Use discretion and independent judgement to manage PPC, Paid Social, and other local digital advertising programs for all franchises and Flagships (approximately 80-100 accounts or more)
    • Contracting and billing
    • Overseeing trends and optimizations
    • Communicate and arrange meetings with franchisees and vendor
    • Tracking and Reporting
    • Primary liaison with approved vendor(s)
  • Manage tracking and performance metrics for all marketing programs and activities
    • URLS
    • Landing Pages
    • Tokens
    • Phone Tracking Numbers

Website Improvements, SEO, and Analytics

  • Contribute to SEO strategy development and implement all SEO efforts
  • Oversee the Brand’s web presence and solve any website issues
  • General website management
    • Improve website with the help of vendors
  • Build Landing Pages
  • Administration of the Brand’s Google analytics accounts
  • Word Press and Elementor

Marketing Department Contributions

  • Directly Supervise team members
  • Provide expertise, input, and assist in all digital media planning and strategy for local, regional, and national marketing
    • Local Marketing Plans
    • Start-Up/ Grand Opening Marketing Plans
    • Co-Op Marketing Plans
    • Ongoing Support – answering questions and providing marketing advice
  • Contribute to department reports and updates
  • Assist with promotions, photo/video shoots, testimonial management, and creative ideas
  • Contribute to content development and other special projects as assigned
  • Identification and communication of marketing best practices (local lead generation for Franchisees)
  • Present at System Standards Training or company events and develop educational content as needed
  • Liaise with other departments such as IT, Operations, Franchise Operations, and Business Development to ensure accurate implementation of
    marketing strategies and policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the digital marketing/digital industry
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience
  • Google Analytics and Ads certified
  • Experience with website development and management
  • Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Marketing, Internet Marketing, and Social Media
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations/ Public Speaking
  • Experience developing effective marketing plans with large and small budgets
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must live in the Tampa Bay area
