We are seeking dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, leveraging your existing network and industry knowledge to drive sales for our podcast production and marketing services, showcasing the value of podcasting as a powerful marketing tool.
We are specifically looking for reps with experience in the following industries: Real estate, education/universities, retail/e-commerce, travel and hospitality, non-profits, or technology/SaaS. Prior experience and strong network connections in one of these industries is preferred.
This sales representative covers specific regions within the United States. Include in your cover letter where you live and what you would want to be assigned to. Those regions include west coast, mountain, central, and east coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage potential clients
- Network Utilization: Leverage your existing network and industry connections to initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our podcast services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: A background in or strong knowledge in one of the following industries Real estate, education/universities, retail/e-commerce, travel and hospitality, non-profits, or technology/SaaS.
- Established Network: A well-established network within the relevant industry/industries that can be leveraged for sales opportunities.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering uncapped earning potential based on performance. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with this compensation structure.
