If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Join our team as a Training Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering and managing training content for our plant operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their career in training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Training Coordinator will facilitate engaging training programs using various methods: written, verbal, hands-on, classroom, and electronic/virtual.
  • Validate knowledge transfer through assessment tools and maintain reporting on eLearning platforms.
  • Conduct employee skill evaluations, track and report on training outcomes, and maintain training documents and records.
  • Maintain skills matrix and talent development tools, ensuring our plant’s capabilities meet business demands.
  • The Training Coordinator provide status updates to the Training Manager on training completion and progress.
  • Support new hire activities and training/orientation programs.
  • Coordinate off-site training for employees in partnership with the HR team.
  • The Training Coordinator will Manage in-house training facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and organized.
  • The Training Coordinator will support HR department initiatives and attend required meetings.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
  • The Training Coordinator will have a proven ability to complete full training cycles (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
  • Experience with Alchemy, POKA, Observations, or other eLearning platforms is a plus.
  • The Training Coordinator will possess strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Background check and drug test required for all candidates.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in training or related fields are a plus.
