HCH Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Invoicing Administrator. This is a temporary, full-time position with HCH Enterprises, LLC. 

Position Summary:
The Invoicing Administrator is responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing of clients. This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information and resolving any billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Process new client accounts and maintain client records.
  • Prepare and manage billing records and reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to obtain necessary billing information.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payments.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Invoicing Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to resolve billing issues.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
