Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with specific experience in shipping/receiving, front desk duties, Microsoft Office proficiency, tracking systems, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Must be bilingual - (Spanish)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in shipping/receiving within an office setting.
  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience.
  • Familiarity with tracking systems and their application in an office environment.
  • Strong database management skills.
  • Must be bilingual - (Spanish)
