Job Description: As a Sales Representative at TZT Best Roofing & Construction INC, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, driving sales and building lasting relationships with new and existing clients. You will play a key role in promoting our services and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  • Manage and follow up on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, community events, and other meetings to develop relationships.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • High school diploma; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus.
