**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you'll spearhead our efforts in residential areas, introducing customers to our premier electric and gas services while guiding them seamlessly through the signup process. While fluency in Spanish is welcomed and preferred, it's not a requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in door-to-door sales, promoting top-tier electric and gas services offered by Fortune 500 companies.
- Educate potential customers on the myriad benefits of our services and adeptly guide them through the signup process.
- Cultivate positive and professional interactions with customers at all touchpoints.
- Exceed weekly sales targets through proactive prospecting and diligent follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to seamless service installation

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Spanish is welcomed; bilingualism is a plus but not required.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work independently.
- While previous sales experience is preferred, it's not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
- Demonstrate organizational prowess, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Display adaptability in navigating changing circumstances and resilience in handling rejection positively.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
