A-Line Staffing is now hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Franklin, TN. The Healthcare Customer Service Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Healthcare Customer Service Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $16.55 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Healthcare Customer Service Representative Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is M-F 8-5

Healthcare Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibilities are to verify insurance coverage for potential and new clients. Additionally, this person will re-verify insurance coverage for existing patients to answer questions about benefits, coverage, billing and payments.
  • Effective delivery of company products and services

Healthcare Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • No time off from 6/10-7/19
  • This position is a work in office opportunity.
  • A candidate must be willing to work in office and have reliable transportation to and from our office located in Franklin, TN.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment (call center type environments preferred, if doctor’s office then anything below managing 75 calls/day would not translate to similar environment)
  • Computer experience is required with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Basic alpha number data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality is essential.
  • Must type at least 35 WPM
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
