Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative (Circuit Boards)

Up to $25.00 per hour to start

A Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Receive complete training
  • Be assigned a group of existing accounts
  • Additionally, identify and qualify new leads
  • Communicate with new and existing accounts by phone and email
  • Answer questions and address inquiries
  • Generate price quotes
  • Take, enter and process orders
  • Make updates to customer account information
  • Provide post-sale support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 1 year of Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience
  • Related experience with PCB / Circuitry / Circuit Boards

Pluses:

  • +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
