Surge Fitness Center is a 25,000 square foot full-service fitness center located at 117 Washington Avenue in North Haven. We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, reliable individual to join our Front Desk team

Shift Schedule: Tentatively Wednesdays 4pm-8pm and Fridays 5pm-9:15pm + subbing opportunities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Greet all Surge members when they enter and exit

-Give tours of the facility and sign up new members

-Address the needs and questions of our members in person and over the phone

-Use our computer system daily to complete various tasks

-Participate in the cleaning and tidying of our facility

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Extremely friendly and upbeat

-Always punctual and reliable

-Exceptional customer service skills

-Strong computer proficiency

-High School diploma/GED equivalent required

-Must be 18 years of age or older
