Job Summary

The Front Desk Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operational procedures within the Front Desk department, enabling the club to provide exceptional customer service. This individual will demonstrate a strong understanding and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to uphold the integrity of the Crunch brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting membership packages and services to potential clients.
  • Member Experience: Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the club.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Process member check-ins and check-outs in accordance with company procedures, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Facilitate Member Requests: Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with members, guests, and staff to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Club Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring the club's facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve club goals and objectives, participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
