Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Benefits Program Manager- Global to work for one of our top global tech clients The Benefits Program Manager will drive employee experience through Benefits strategy and objectives by managing Global Benefits implementations and program rollouts. This individual will be responsible for project managing the implementation and enhancement of current benefits systems and processes, monitoring impact, and socializing throughout the organization.

Pay: $50-$60/hr. based on experience

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays)

About the Role

This role will assist in other requests such as payroll processing, auditing reports, and/or testing systems (user acceptance testing).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead global benefits projects from discovery and design through to completion - develop the project plan, lead all the meetings and drive to completion
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery
  • Communicate recommendations and coordinate key decision-makers to take action
  • Design and improve upon global benefits processes to ensure efficiency and scalability, including interaction with other People Team processes
  • Develop and monitor processes aimed at documenting compliance deliverables
  • Partner with a diverse set of international stakeholders across our team and the business to launch projects quickly and effectively

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 4+ years of Benefits operations / human resources or related experience; high-growth environments a plus
  • Experience working in HR processes and systems, Workday preferred
  • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information
  • Ability to work across different levels and functions to build relationships with key stakeholders and champions
  • Critical thinking, being detailed-oriented, conscientious, and personable with strong customer support skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks.
