Your primary objective will be to maintain a safe working environment and promote a safety culture throughout the organization.

✍️Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma, 2+ yrs. Higher Education Completion and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices. Experience with writing policies and procedures for health and safety.
- understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate employees on safety practices.
- to navigate challenging conversations effectively and respectfully when corrective action may need to be taken.
- analytical & problem-solving mindset to identify potential safety issues and propose effective solutions.
- in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) is highly desirable.
