- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultation with legal department managers.

Instructional Design:
- Create engaging training materials, including digital manuals, webinars, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats suitable for a remote working environment.
Facilitation and Delivery:

Performance Management:

Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective remote training programs.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Familiarity with legal industry standards and remote work best practices.
