  • Correspondence with donors in person, by phone & email (track with contact logs)
  • Manage statements/receipts/acknowledgement letters (Mazal tov/thank you/memorials)
  • Track and categorize donations/donor categories
  • Track payments that come in through multiple sources (web/online forms, Zelle, Venmo, etc.)
  • Keep donor information up to date
  • Manage program and event reservations etc.
  • Record into Quickbooks
