Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Lead your team to create a happy, safe, productive and positive work environment. Make sure clients & their pets feel welcomed and employees stay motivated, feel valued and heard.
· As we are a very small facility, we need all hands on deck and part of your duties will include the cleaning & care for the pets in kennel.
· General cleaning, organizing and maintenance of facility
· Record keeping and office organization
· Client communication
· Basic reception and computer operations

· Our ideal candidate MUST LOVE TO SMILE, is positive, kind and outgoing, and able to talk to anyone about their pet
· You are MOTIVATED and DRIVEN to improve the successful operation of our facility.
· You have a passion to care for animals and create a relationship with their owners.
· You are enthusiastic with the attitude to “make things go right”.
· You are eager to learn new things and pay attention to detail.
· You must have an A+, outgoing attitude even when stressful situations arise.
· You are compassionate, calm, leader and team player, multi-tasker and strong communicator
· You have a positive & welcoming attitude
· You are highly organized
· Possess fluent computer skills (Word & Gmail etc.)
· Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge
· Great TEAM PLAYER
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 am -11:30am and 2:30-5:30pm. Some weekend/holiday hours required.
