For over 35 years, we have creatively blended function, durability, sanitary design, safety, and performance into the design and construction of Blentech systems. Our team is driven and detailed detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.
We are currently looking for a Final Assembly Technician to join our Manufacturing work center.
This position will assist our manufacturing team in assembling and disassembling completed machines. You will be interacting with a variety of people and customers throughout your day. Being in a dynamic work center the daily priorities can change at a moment’s notice depending on the current need, being flexible and willing to shift priorities is a must. A few of your tasks will be Completing the assembly of all machines for customer demonstrations. Once the machinery is approved, it is partially disassembled for loading containers and trucks. These are large machines and systems, it can take 3 to 6 trucks to ship an order completely depending on what the machine will make. For example, one machine type can make 10,000 lbs. of cooked meat an hour. This Technician position is not sitting on a bench assembling small parts. You will be dealing with large motors and valves. Welding is also a plus for this work center. Forklift driving is also a plus; we will train and certify you. Computer skills are a must for work order management, timekeeping, and reporting.
Full Time: 40+ hours per week:
Shifts Available:
8-Hour 5-Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
10-Hour 4-Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

The ability to lift 40+ pounds, forklift, and driver’s license is a plus.

Pay Range DOE: $17.06 - $21.75
