Position Summary

The Final Clean Operator is responsible for executing the final cleaning and trimming processes for printed circuit boards. This role ensures compliance with team leader directives, traveler information, process engineering guidelines, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and familiarize oneself with SOPs, work instructions, team leader directives, and traveler documentation to ensure adherence to specifications; verify that prior processes have been completed correctly and that lot quantities are accurate.
  • Prepare, clean, trim, and inspect printed circuit boards using various methods to guarantee a high-quality product.
  • Sign off on travelers and confirm that quantities are consistent.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to comprehend documents such as travelers, standard operating procedures, instructions, and safety regulations in English necessary for job performance.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Capable of maintaining focus amidst minor distractions.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Experience in a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing environment.

This position is situated in a manufacturing environment, which involves frequent standing and walking, as well as lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. The role also requires repetitive hand and finger motions.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime and weekends as necessary.

Potential Shifts Available:

1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Compensation:

California Pay Range: $16—$17 USD. The actual compensation offered is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
