Position Summary

The Final Clean Operator is responsible for executing the final cleaning and trimming processes for printed circuit boards, ensuring adherence to Team leader directives, Traveler information, process engineering guidelines, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize with and review SOPs, work instructions, Team leader directives, and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; confirm that previous processes were completed accurately and that lot quantities are correct.
  • Prepare, clean, trim, and inspect printed circuit boards using various methods to guarantee a high-quality product.
  • Sign off on travelers and verify that quantities are accurate.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Able to comprehend documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedures, instructions, and safety regulations in English to effectively perform job duties.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Capable of maintaining focus amidst minor distractions.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Experience in a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing setting.

This position is in a manufacturing environment, which requires frequent standing and walking, as well as lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Repetitive hand and finger motions are also involved.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime and weekends as needed.

Potential Shifts Available:

1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Compensation:

California Pay Range: $16—$17 USD. Actual compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
