Front Desk - Receptionist duties that include:
- Answering calls
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Accepting deliveries
Administrative duties that include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the team
- Preparing presentations and/or meeting agendas
- Managing office supply inventory
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Preparing packages for shipping, maintaining logs
- Maintaining company listings, ordering business cards, etc.
- Making travel arrangements
- Calendaring/scheduling
Accounting/Office Management:

Job Requirements for the Receptionist - Administrative Assistant role include:
- High School diploma, some college preferred
- MS Office - working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Drug screen and/or background check conducted prior to starting position
