Process AIA Payment Applications and required documents.

Collection calls

Weekly Payroll Processing

Prevailing Wage Calculations and Certified Payrolls

Simple IRA Reporting

Filing Sales and Use Tax Returns for New York and Ohio

Report PTO Balances and Accrued Sick Time to supervisors.

Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
