Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner at various events, pop-ups, kiosks, and fundraising events.
  • Actively approach potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales.
  • Provide product/service information, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Assist with set up and breakdown of event materials as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality preferred.
