I am looking for a responsible, trustworthy, honest, detail-oriented individual who is familiar with Mac computers and comfortable with numbers. Knowledge of Excel, Google sheets and Dropbox is important, and experience with QuickBooks Online is required.

 

Cari is a Financial Organizer, Daily Money Manager, and Bookkeeper. Your duties will include bookkeeping, filing, scanning and other administrative tasks. Duties might also occasionally include working with Cari at a client’s home.

 

Confidentiality is crucial and required. Training will be offered but it is important that the applicant start with the strong comfort level with computers and finances. Pay will be based on experience level. The job location is in the Mount Washington area of NE Los Angeles.

 

This is a part time position, but flexibility in hours is important.  Hours start at just 12 hours a week (two 6-hr days per week), but will increase to 16-18 hours a week. This is a part-time job with no benefits available.

Requirements:

·    Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

·    Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

·    Mac computer skills

·    Proficiency in English

·    Knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

·    Flexibility in schedule

·    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

·    Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks Online
