Impound Collection

The candidate would be responsible for reviewing notices of impound and tow companies, and contacting customers and impound facilities to determine the cost of pick-up. Along with negotiating fees, scheduling inspections, creating documents, coordinating picking up vehicles, assigning and working with legal counsel if necessary, and working the shared e-mail box. Additional skills are listed below.

Strong clerical and email abilities
Experience with impounded vehicles or auto insurance
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the auto industry preferred
Detail oriented
Good verbal and written communication
Ability to make account decisions based on parameters provided in the training
 

Additional Questions

What will the training schedule look like? The training will be a combination of in-class and hands-on training and will last for 8 weeks.  The training will be in the office from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (M-F).
Will this position be fully onsite or hybrid?  The position will follow our hybrid schedule of every other day in office after training and review of productivity.  
When is the start of the assignment? (Earliest) Monday, October 7, 2024
How many calls a day will this agent be making?  The agent would be making or receiving approximately 15-20 calls per day.
