Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person with QuickBooks Desktop and Online experience to join our team. Strong Quickbooks experience and skill is a requirement to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. Experience in construction is a plus but not required.

This position will be primarily worked from home/remotely but will require an in person a short in person office visit 1 day a week, to come by and pickup mail, checks, check-in with project managers etc..

Duties

- Processing payroll weekly

- Accounts Payable/Receivable

- Billing multiple general contractors monthly.

- Use Outlook and GoogleDrive on a daily basis
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that administrative needs are met.

- Make check deposits on a weekly basis

Skills

- Proven experience in Quickbooks, office management, & payroll.

- Self-motivated and ability to troubleshoot/problem solve.

- Experience and understanding in GoogleDrive.

- Exceptional organization/understanding of Outlook.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management, with the ability to manage office expenses and budgets.
- Proficiency in office software, including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27- $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
