Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls while managing multiple calendars and anticipating needs
Work with the events team to coordinate and actively manage internal and external events such as presentations, closing dinners, roadshows, and industry conference sponsorships
Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel, including passport and Visa services, flights, hotels, car service, and car rentals
Prepare and submit monthly expenses via SAP Concur
Coordinate production, print, and distribution of documents and materials in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Assist with general administrative tasks and office support such as answering phones, scanning and copying, couriering and filing documents, organizing and maintaining digital files, and ordering office supplies. The role calls for the candidate to have the administrative assistant financial services experience.
Pay rate $50- 60 hourly, Must be sharp with financial services work experience looking to fill (3 roles) Immediate Hires
