This position will be working for entrepreneurs with "larger-than-life" lives. They would love an experienced PA with household management oversight with multiple homes, scheduling children's activities, someone who loves dogs, and someone who can truly foresee needs before they arise.

You will be responsible for:

  • General administrative work
  • All travel arrangements (air, transportation, hotels, reservations, special requests, etc.)
  • Manage registrations, insurance, taxes, etc., for a large car, boat, motorcycle and art collection
  • Scheduling for kids' activities and possibly some driving
  • Assist with multiple dogs (vet and grooming appointments)
  • House management for several homes and oversite when they are away
  • Food coordination and prep when needed
  • Special event planning - dinner and birthday parties, and beach outings

This is a great family environment for someone who truly likes managing households. They want someone who lives locally or close to Hermosa Beach, has done this for another family, has excellent references, and knows the ins and outs of this type of position. It is not a difficult family - just extremely busy and full.
