Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients in various industries. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' security requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of our security guard services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate the implementation of security solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
