With a deep understanding of successful project delivery, Eno Company is a sophisticated builder with decades of construction experience.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Eno Company. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractors, coordinating with project managers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards on construction sites.

 

Benefits

- Base Salary: $85k-120k

- Vehicle Allowance: $900/mo

- Paid Time Off: 3 Weeks

- Paid Holidays: 12-13 Days

Qualifications

- Experience in construction management, scheduling, and budgeting- 5 years preferred as Superintendent

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

- Experience with commercial, life science, or healthcare construction projects

- Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, LEED, or PMP area plus
