Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will play a crucial role in operating, cleaning, and maintaining food processing and bagging equipment & machinery to meet production demands and quality standards. As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and learn valuable skills in the food production industry.

Job Purpose

  • Set-Up, break-down, clean, and assemble food production equipment and bagging machine while upholding food safety standards
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient production schedules are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production quantities and quality verification
  • Communicate and address machine errors and mechanical issues promptly
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and stoppages
  • Uphold safety procedures and policies to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience operating food production equipment required
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience operating bagging machine preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Candidates encouraged to apply

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper organization of supplies and allergen tools
  • Coordinate with material handlers for raw material preparation
  • Participate in lot tracking systems and completion of daily checks
  • Work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area

Schedule

1st Shift and 2nd Shift Positions Available, Base Schedules are 8hr - 10hr Shifts Monday - Friday

*Additional Days and Hours required as production demands

**Holidays and Peak Seasons : Willingness to work in various departments during peak seasons
