Job Summary

The Warehouse Facility Technician is a key member of our team at Primo Water Corporation, responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role involves ensuring the availability of tools, parts, and equipment for field personnel, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs on water vending machines and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Service and maintain water vending machines, including interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing, quality assurance checks, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical connections.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of materials distributed or checked out to field personnel and report inventory to Director of Field Operations.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including counting, uploading, and transporting collections to Corporate Headquarters.
  • Service reparable supplies and/or equipment for reentry into inventory system, including refurbishing carbon tanks and cleaning reverse osmosis membranes.
  • Operate a company-provided vehicle to shuttle collections and/or parts from one facility to another, observing all security measures established by Primo.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Understanding of plumbing and electrical mechanical devices preferred.
  • Ability to read and write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must demonstrate ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT Card.
  • Basic proficiency with math skills and diagnostic tools, including hand-held devices.
