Job Description:

Entry Level Reprographics Printer

Job Duties:

  • Complete reprographics requests according to job ticket instructions.
  • Use Small and Large Format Document Copiers
  • Bind, cut, and/or assemble reprographics jobs, as necessary.
  • Scanning large and small format documents
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
  • Answering customer question in person, via email and over the phone.
  • Create/Memorize efficient driving routes
  • Manage delivery schedule
  • Cultivate relationships with customers

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Responsible and Prompt
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • 40 WPM
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on occasion.
