MedaData is a premier research services company dedicated to providing comprehensive data and insights to pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. We focus on delivering high-quality research using a rich psychiatric data set to support our clients in making informed decisions.

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support the CEO in driving the sales efforts for both MindMetrix and MedaData (two, separate but co-owned organizations with efforts that support each other). This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
    • Track sales metrics and generate reports for the CEO. 
  • MedaData Customer Relationship Management
    • ​​​​​​​Serves as a point of contact for pharmaceutical company clients, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure project milestones are met by creating visibility to our internal team and external stakeholders and encouraging timely task completion. 
  • Administrative Duties
    • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and sales team members. 
    • Organize and maintain sales documentation and records. 
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies. 
    • Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
