RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event execution including creation, promotion, delivery, follow up and results analysis of Trade Shows, Lunch & Learns, Educational Seminars, Webinars, Games, Parties, etc.
  • Campaign management including preparation, execution and analysis of prospecting and account management via email, mail, and phone.
  • Marketing content creation such as ad copy, blog posts, graphics, and social media posts.
  • Promotional material content creation, development and asset management.
  • Selling tasking to include follow up via phone with prospects, leads, customers and “lost” clients to help the sales team move them through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with synergistic companies and influencers who align with the brand's image and message.
  • Administrative tasks include managing schedules, budgets, documents and ensuring sales-related inventory/equipment is sufficient.
  • Other tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining client databases, and responding to customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
