Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $23-$27/hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Production Builds: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure production builds meet quality standards before release.
  • Inspect Raw Materials: Examine raw materials upon receipt to verify compliance with required specifications and standards.
  • Create DMR Packets: Assemble and maintain Device Master Records (DMR) packets, including label production and proper documentation.
  • Conduct Training: Train and certify employees on quality control processes and procedures, managing training records efficiently.
  • Maintain Supplier Certifications: Ensure all supplier certifications, such as ISO certifications, are current and properly documented.
  • Yearly Calibration: Oversee the yearly calibration of equipment, ensuring all calibration reports are accurately completed and filed.
  • DMR Sign-off: Ensure all production personnel properly sign off on DMRs, maintaining accountability and traceability.
  • Tri-Pac DMRs: Review and process DMRs for Tri-Pac, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assisting in Other Departments: Help with audits, production, sample fulfillment (backup), and warehouse as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Document Control: Manage and control quality-related documents to ensure they are up-to-date and properly archived.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Help conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
