  • Worksite Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
  • Compensation: $17-19/hour + benefits

What you’ll do as the Member Services Representative:

  • Assist members with transactions and cash services by phone, in-person, and drive-through
  • Provide exceptional service when handling checks, cash services, deposits, and completing member’s paperwork
  • Resolve member’s account problems
  • Sell helpful products and services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

What you’ll bring to the Member Services Representative role:

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience in cash handling or as a teller is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
