What youll do as the Member Services Representative:

  • Assist members with transactions and cash services by phone, in-person, and drive-through
  • Provide exceptional service when handling checks, cash services, deposits, and completing members paperwork
  • Resolve members account problems
  • Sell helpful products and services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

What youll bring to the Member Services Representative role:

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience in cash handling or as a teller is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
