Plant Operator Summary:

- Successful completion of initial and annual HAZWOPER trainings to ensure your safety and competence.
- Willingness to sign Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining confidentiality and contributing to our company's success.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check, ensuring the safety and security of our workplace.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including Audiogram Test, Pulmonary Function Test, Respirator Fit Test, and Medical Clearance. Your well-being is our top priority.
- Passing a Rapid Urine Drug Test, as part of our commitment to maintaining a drug-free work environment.

Plant Operator Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED) is a must, showcasing your commitment to education and personal growth.
- Ideally, you bring 2 years of chemical process experience or 2 years of maintenance experience in the petrochemical industry. Your industry knowledge and expertise will be highly valued.
- Forklift experience is essential, and you should be able to pass Forklift Certification. Your skills in operating forklifts will contribute to a smooth and efficient operation.
- Physical stamina is important, as you will be required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Additionally, the ability to work with basic mathematical problems, count drums, and climb ladders frequently is essential.
- Willingness to complete in-house training as per our client's Safety Management Plan and Production Training Plan. Your dedication to ongoing learning and development is greatly appreciated.
