Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team at Brute Force Energy Services LLC. This role will provide administrative support to our Chemical Plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chemical Plant team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a chemical plant or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Work Environment:

This role is based in our Chemical Plant location and requires a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week with potential for overtime.
