Job SummaryLead a site in all operational aspects, including operations, personnel, and financial performance, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operations for the plant facility, ensuring optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for the site, aligning with company objectives and site capacity.
  • Analyze short-term and long-term project plans to ensure a continuous improvement approach, leveraging training, mentorship, and other resources.
  • Maintain existing knowledge of budget operations to ensure facility financial success and compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
  • Audit for safety, health, and environmental compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and the community.
  • Interact closely with employees across the plant to have knowledge of employee performance and development, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Represent the plant during interactions with corporate office, auditors, agencies, and other external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Fields, highly preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Oil Refining industries.
  • 5+ years of Management/Supervisory experience.
