Seeking an IT Support Engineer who has at least a couple of years of experience under their belt. Candidates should be someone who at their core loves people and helping others.

We are located in Cerritos, CA, USA

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Support.

  • Experience in maintaining/setting up domain controllers and users.

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace (e.g. setting up new users, migrating email data, troubleshooting, etc.)

  • Experience in network administration and troubleshooting network-related issues.

  • Experience in VMWare.

  • Experience working with different backup systems.

  • Experience in PC hardware repair.

Job Duties:

  • Daily monitor internal IT Systems (e.g. domain controller, servers, back-up, UPS, etc.)

  • Monitor the ticketing system (Freshdesk) for support requests and document solutions after resolution.

  • Be a technical point of contact communicating with our software partners to help troubleshoot/resolve system errors and manage projects.
