Our client, a specialty company, is seeking an Account Executive. Are you a disruptor with a powerful  force for positive change and willing to revolutionize business using a Salesforce ecosystem? We are a specialty Salesforce Consulting firm in stealth mode led by an experienced team including an individual who has been the COO for the past 13 years of a very successful Salesforce partner with a 5 Star ranking on both G2 and the AppExchange, the former head of Growth of a top Salesforce PDO, and the founder and a CEO of a high growth staffing business which recently scaled to $95Million USD in revenue in 14 months. We have clients in the pipeline and an experienced delivery team of five to 10 individuals which will join shortly after launch.

We seek a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team and  drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the Salesforce Consulting industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving  sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute on a comprehensive sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the with Saleforce clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Hunter, A-type personal and proven track record of developing a book of business from scratch, including sales cycle  creation 

  • Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally at a Salesforce consulting  partner, with a deep understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and market  dynamics. 

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. 

  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
