Your contributions will be pivotal in growing and maintaining our marketing channels.

This internship isn’t just about gaining experience; it’s about mastering the art of marketing in a fast-paced, high-energy auto finance environment. You’ll leave with a powerful set of skills, strategic insights, and the confidence to tackle any marketing challenge. This Fall semester 2024 opportunity is for current college junior and senior year students, as well as recently graduates with a marketing degree. SAFCO will assist the student in obtaining college credit for the role.

As an intern, you’ll be at the forefront of campaign planning and execution, crafting persuasive marketing copy, and creating eye-catching content. You’ll join in brainstorming sessions, manage website content, dive into sales training, and measure the impact of your work. Your role also includes conducting market analysis, assisting in business development, engaging with dealer partners, and using a CRM system to manage leads and track sales activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Some projects you’ll be involved in include:

  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns and related materials to support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Write persuasive copy for sales presentations, social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. 
  • Assist in the creation of compelling written, video, and image content for sales and marketing channels. 
  • Participate in sales and marketing brainstorming sessions to generate innovative strategies. 
  • Assist in the management of website content to ensure alignment with sales goals. 
  • Take part in formal and informal sales training opportunities. 
  • Measure and report the results of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities. 
  • Assist in business development activities to expand market reach and drive sales growth. 
  • Engage with potential clients and support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up. 
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
