About the Role:

The Membership Advisor will be responsible for sourcing new prospects through activities outside of the gym, setting appointments for both personally produced leads and marketing leads, and ultimately selling membership to prospects who join YouFit Gyms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and participate in marketing events to promote YouFit Gyms.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses to generate leads and new members.
  • Partner with the Corporate Sales Manager to generate leads for corporate sales.
  • Create a positive first impression for all members and guests.
  • Understand and contribute to all monthly and quarterly goals and objectives.
  • Perform engaging in-gym quick look arounds (QLAs) to showcase the gym's facilities.
  • Sell memberships and personal training programs to new and existing customers.
  • Accurately enter data into all written and electronic forms.

About You:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You should have effective communication skills for phone calls and in-person prospect and member engagement.
  • You should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • You should be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • You must be proficient in written and spoken English language.
