We are looking for a reliable, experienced, hardworking manager to join our team. We are a family owned, chef driven, cocktail based restaurant in West Delray Beach. Candidate must be a team player, have an eagerness to learn and a passion for the dining experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are observed enforced
  • Have an understanding of and adhere to the restaurant's rules and regulations
  • Monitor and enforce restaurant policies and procedures pertaining
  • Understand, oversee and update all restaurant POS systems as necessary
  • Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the restaurant and schedules needed maintenance and repair
  • Creates revenue forecasts and reports
  • Increase restaurant revenue through his/her sales actions
  • Able to perform all duties of a server, Busser, host and bartender as needed
