As Project Coordinator you will work under the direction of the Project Manager (PM) You will.be responsible for administrative and tactical support relating to financial, planning and implementation processes for one or more pipeline construction projects, including site clearing and restoration.

You will:

  • Coordinate administrative and tactical support for pipeline construction, site clearing and restoration projects.
  • Schedule equipment and materials for construction sites.
  • Manage inventory and material procurement.
  • Liaise with One Call centers for regulatory approvals in a timely manner and in advance of construction starting.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and on-site personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to project cost controls and procedures.
  • Generate accurate reports for job costing and payroll.
  • Provide project-related operational and financial analyses to management.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of project coordinator experience in steel pipeline construction within the oil and gas industry preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in project management or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for required education.

  • Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and demands.
  • Capability to build strong relationships internally and externally, adhering to company values.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe.
  • Ability to analyze and report data effectively with attention to detail.

Working conditions/Physical demands:

  • Travel up to 50% to Frontier offices and field locations.
  • Work environment includes exposure to various weather conditions and moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Physical demands include operating office equipment and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity, climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, etc.
