Our mission is to ensure the accuracy and validity of claims through meticulous review and expert analysis.

Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Medical and Billing Report Quality Reviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating medical reports and billing documents to ensure they are grammatically correct, thoroughly answer customer questions, and accurately reflect medical billing and associated calculations. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards and reliability of our expert witness reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate medical reports for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
  • Ensure that reports comprehensively address all customer questions and concerns.
  • Verify the accuracy of medical billing information and related calculations.
  • Collaborate with medical and billing experts to resolve any discrepancies or issues found in reports.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving report quality and consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or medical report evaluation is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and billing practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in medical billing or coding is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a legal or insurance environment.
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, medical billing, English, or related).
