Role Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and detail-focused Quality Assurance Specialist for Medical Billing Reports. The selected candidate will be tasked with scrutinizing and assessing medical documentation and billing records to confirm they are grammatically sound, adequately address client inquiries, and accurately represent medical billing and related calculations. This position is crucial for upholding the high standards and dependability of our expert witness evaluations.

Key Duties:

  • Examine and assess medical documentation for grammatical correctness and clarity.
  • Ensure that evaluations thoroughly respond to all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Confirm the accuracy of medical billing details and associated calculations.
  • Work collaboratively with medical and billing professionals to rectify any discrepancies or issues identified in reports.
  • Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancing report quality and consistency.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with all pertinent legal and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Previous experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
