Real Estate Accounting and Business Assistant

Our Real Estate Accounting and Business Assistant will be our "right hand person", to support a small family office, with investments in South Florida, and Georgia.
You must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and be capable of accepting and delegating tasks across a wide range of issues and industries, including Real Estate Development , Finance and Contractor Controls. The ideal candidate will have worked in industry and experienced some of the challenges.
Responsibilities:
● Full accounting control of multiple projects and rental properties
● Prepare, and request from others, reports, presentations, and correspondence on current and future plans and investments, including calculations on return on capital and risk.
● Conduct research and analysis on various topics in both Real Estate, including permits, Contractor Management and building and planning zoning work.
● Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in each of the investments.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Accounting and Business Assistant
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and demonstrate drive creativity and initiative.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
