We are a consulting firm looking for candidates who are eager to EARN and LEARN.
Experience in a law firm or mortgage processing is a huge plus. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Conveniently located office with a nurturing environment. Payroll is every Friday
We are looking to interview and hire immediately.
Primary duties:
-Minimum of 2 years office experience using basic office equipment such as scanners and copiers.
-Collecting and handling payment.
-Maintain client files by processing, recording and updating information using Excel spreadsheets.
-Interact with current and potential clients by answering product and service questions.
-Communicate with clients by telephone, email to obtain missing information and provide status updates.
-Diligently file client applications
-Report to management the status of each client file.
-Communicate and correspond with governmental agencies.
Required Skills:
-Bilingual (must speak English/Spanish fluently)
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Familiarity with customer relationship management.
-Detail oriented; must be able to meet deadlines and multitask.
-Strong typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
-Possess a positive attitude.
-Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
